A man wanted on several charges was arrested Wednesday morning by Colorado Springs police. Law enforcement was in the 28 hundred block of Pikes Peak when they found Jonathan Romero. He was wanted on unknown charges. Romero ran from police. Once they caught up he resisted arrest while pulling a knife. Romero fought with officers before being subdued. Romero went to the hospital for injuries he suffered and then went to jail. The two officers were banged up but should be okay.
