The man who allegedly stabbed a Colorado Springs K-9 Officer has been identified as a Fort Carson Soldier. On Wednesday Sgt. 1st Class Anthony Bryant, was taken into custody after barricading himself from police responding to a domestic disturbance. K-9 Officer Roam, went into the residence to subdue Bryant. The suspect allegedly stabbed Roam several times. The canine was rushed into surgery and is reportedly on the mend but did have one of his legs amputated. The suspect was taken into custody. Bryant was charged with attempted felony aggravated cruelty and could face more charges.
