The weather system that brought 3-7 inches of snow to the Colorado Springs area is slowly moving out. The good news for our state is the snow has a high moisture content which will help with the drought conditions Colorado has been experiencing. Schools are closed, and road crews continue to work on city streets. Saturday, we start a warming trend with sunny skies and a high near 40. On Sunday we should see high’s in the upper 40’s around Colorado Springs.
