Colorado Springs police held a press conference Wednesday to talk about how they found a 2 year old boy who had been kidnapped a day earlier. A child had been left in a running car that was stolen from an apartment complex near north 30th and Uintah streets. The child was found safe several hours later. Authorities are concerned that their use of the systems that helped find the child could be restricted in the future because of proposed legislation at the state capital which would restrict how the technology is used and who its shared with based, on privacy concerns. The suspect in the case is still on the run.
