We told you last week about a request from a landowner at I-25 and County Line Road requesting a boundary line adjustment for property that was being considered for a Buc-ee’s Travel Center. After months of disagreement among area residents an annexation request for the land was withdrawn. The boundary request was made following the move. El Paso County said late last week there has been no request or proposal for a building project. The property is not currently zoned for commercial use. A public hearing would have to be called, and a site development plan would have to be submitted, none of which has happened according to the county.
