A disturbance Wednesday night at a Colorado Springs apartment. Police were called after a man with gun tried to break into a neighbor’s apartment in the 600 block of west Van Buren. The suspect was known to police-he had a warrant out for his arrest and had a history of making threats to police. That suspect ran back into his apartment. Police, believing there were other people inside that man’s home quickly forced entry and took him into custody. He was identified as Marcin Bis. He is sitting in the criminal justice center facing a number of charges. Nobody was hurt.
