Springs police arrested two people early Sunday morning and charged them with attempted murder. Police responded to a call for a disturbance in the 3700 block of Astrozon Boulevard. While there they heard gunshots from a nearby parking lot. Authorities stopped two cars trying to leave the area. One person was found with a gunshot wound in the first car and taken to a hospital. Police stopped the second car and questioned several people. They would wind up taking 2 people to jail. Police have not revealed their names. They say the investigation is continuing.
