Firefighters from several agencies responded to a fire late Monday afternoon south of Fountain and west of I-25. The blaze, called the Outback View fire started when a mobile home caught fire and then spread to surrounding vegetation. That blaze is now out. At one point it had burned 50-75 acres. There was an evacuation order which has since been lifted. Authorities kept an eye out overnight for any hot spots. At least 2 buildings suffered damages. No one was injured.
