Colorado Springs Mayor Yemi Mobolade officially launched his re-election campaign Monday night. Mobolade, his wife, and more than 200 supporters gathered to kick off his re-election efforts. He talked about his priorities should he be re-elected. They include economic development, public safety and growth through infrastructure development. Mobolade became the first non republican to ion the race since the 70’s. He defeated Wayne Williams in a runoff in May of 2023.
