Williams surprise pick for Mobolade’s chief of staff

An announcement from the mayor’s office Thursday. Wayne Williams be the new chief of staff for Colorado Springs Mayor Yemi Mobolade. It was just 3 years ago that Mobolade and Williams were opponents in the mayor’s race. Mobolade cited Williams experience in city and county government as one of many factors in choosing him as his new chief of staff. Williams begins the job April 20^th.
