A Fremont County judge granted a delay in the case of Handme Clark, accused of killing 3 people in Custer County 2 years ago. Clark is accused of shooting 3 people during a dispute over land and trespassers outside of Westcliffe. Prosecutors asked for the delay because they want more time to interview a witness for the defense. It’s the third time the trial has been delayed. It has also been moved from Custer County to Fremont County. The trial is now set to begin in February.
