Colorado Springs Police have identified a man who died in a traffic accident on the MLK Bypass east of Circle in late September. Police say 18 year old Jonathan Stover was involved in a head on crash with a second car. Stover died of his injuries. The second driver suffered serious injuries. Police are still trying to determine what happened and if any charges should be filed.
