The Pro Rodeo Hall of Fame and the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association are considering a bid from a group to move their operations from Colorado Springs to Cheyenne Wyoming. “Cheyenne Leads,” is the group who first contacted the hall of fame to float the idea. Paul Woody, PRCA spokesman told a news outlet this week there have been discussions about the offer, but at the moment there are no votes planned on a possible move. Wyoming officials are touting their business climate, and lower sales and property taxes among other reasons to make the move. Talks between the two groups have been ongoing for several months.
