A woman was arrested Monday by Colorado Springs police on a variety of charges. Police got a call of a female assaulting a worker in the 2100 block of Ridgeway Avenue. She had knocked on the door of a business, was let in, and then began to allegedly attack the victim. Police arrived as she was leaving. She struck a patrol car, then sped off. Police did not pursue. Springs police ran into her two other times yesterday, once where she threatened to kill someone, and entered a property without permission. But she eluded them, driving off at a high rate of speed, putting many people in danger. Authorities finally tracked her down at her home and took her into custody. She has been identified as Rebecca Gucker.
