The El Paso County Sheriff’s office says they arrested 2 people for allegedly stealing a vehicle in early January. The suspects took a delivery drivers’ van. The driver says he was dragged about 50 feet as he tried to stop the theft. One suspect jumped in the driver’s seat, threatened the delivery driver with a gun and then drove off dragging him down the street. The other victim got away in a car. This happened in the Stratmoor Hills neighborhood on Sinton Road. Deputies identified the suspects, and recently arrested 31 year old Dominic Bryan and 26 year old Zhane Molina. They face a bevy of charges.
