The Colorado Bureau of investigation and the Manitou Springs Police department are asking the public to help in the five month disappearance of Margaret Woolsey. Authorities say she went missing in August of 2025 but wasn’t reported missing until a month later. She lived with her brother and sister in Woodland Park. Woolsey did have a history of substance abuse and mental health issues. The CBI says this has now turned into a criminal investigation. Family relatives say she was very close to her dogs, and would never leave them, which has led authorities to conclude she may have been taken against her will.
