Fountain Police arrested a female driver this morning on I-25 after she started an hours long chase by driving southbound in the northbound lanes of the interstate. The state patrol chased the driver and forced her to turn around near mile marker 112 just north of Pueblo. She was pulled over near Pikes Peak International Raceway. A second state patrolman joining the chase was hit by a car, which allowed the wrong way driver to flee the scene. But they were stopped by Fountain police at mile marker 132. Jennifer Bliss was arrested and is suspected of driving under the influence.
