The Gazette is reporting an Air Force service member stationed at Sheppard Air Force base in Wichita Falls Texas has been sentenced to life in prison after kidnapping and sexually abusing a Colorado Springs child. Travis Larson of Denton Texas began communicating with the child several years ago through social media. Larson drove to Colorado Springs last May and kidnapped the victim and took the child back to Texas, where the victim was sexually assaulted. The victim was found a day later at Sheppard Air Force Base. Soon after Larson was arrested.
