Denver City Council on a unanimous vote passed a new law Monday that makes it illegal for law enforcement officers, including ice agents, from wearing masks. Denver is a sanctuary city and its trying to put some laws in place to make ice agents more responsible for their sweeps of illegal immigrants. Law experts don’t believe this will stand up in the courts. They say Denver police can cite agents for wearing masks, and perhaps even arrest them, but believe those cases would eventually be thrown out of court.
