Fountian Police issued a shelter in place order early this morning as they dealt with a juvenile who allegedly threatened neighbors with a gun. Residents said several teenagers were scaring people in the 7000 block of Aria Drive, off Fountain Mesa Road north. Neighbors say the kids went into a home after the threats. Police tried to get the suspects to come out but they wouldn’t comply. Authorities got a search warrant, entered the home and placed a juvenile under arrest. No word on the formal filing of charges.
