Early Monday morning searchers found a body in Lake Pueblo. Rescue crews had been called to the lake late Sunday afternoon after a boating accident. Rescuers, including Colorado Parks and Wildlife, the Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office and the Pueblo Fire Department spent the night using divers and sonar. Just after 2am a body was found in the main channel east of Peck Creek Cove. The Pueblo County Coroner will determine the victim’s name and cause of death.
