Man facing serious charges

  Colorado unemployment claims fell for the 3rd straight week. New numbers reported by the state employment division showed 28, 164 Coloradons filed for claims last week. Hickenlooper leads Gardner in new poll

  A new poll released Wednesday shows former Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper with a sizeable lead over Cory Gardner for  Gardner’s U.S. Senate seat. The survey, conducted by Keating Research,  On Sight Public Affairs and Melanson,  questioned 600 Coloradons. Hickenlooper leads 54 to 36% over Gardner with 9% undecided. Hero Lost

  The El Paso County Sheriffs Department says 58 year old Lieutenant Doug Lundstedt died unexpectedly Tuesday. Lundstedt had recently been involved in an off-duty car crash. He leaves behind a wife and daughter.MORE

Arrests in Springs Homicide

Masks at Denver International Airport

  New requirements go into effect Wednesday at Denver International airport. All flyers and visitors to D-I-A must wear masks. The order comes as no surprise since most airlines are now requiring passengers to have masks or bandanas covering their nose and mouth.
