A man died at a Colorado Springs area hospital Sunday night after being assaulted. Springs fire officials say they received a report of a man who was attacked in the 7400 block of north academy. An hour later hospital staff informed police the man died from his injuries. His identity is not known. Police say at the moment they do not have any suspect information.
