A flash flood warning was issued Tuesday afternoon for the Aspen Acres fire burning in Pueblo and Custer counties. At one point the National Weather service said between 1 and 3 inches of rain fell on the burn scar and produced debris flows near Beulah Hill on Colorado 78 and several other areas. Fears had been growing as the annual monsoon moisture that moves through Colorado in July has continued to get stronger. There were several large debris flows. The fire remains at 101 thousand 9 hundred acres with 66% containment.
