The El Paso County Sheriff’s office announced Monday the arrest of a man for child abuse, assault, and vehicular eluding. Deputies say on July 14th a caller told deputies a man, identified as thirty five year old Mason Buck, allegedly hit them with a tv. Deputies went to a home in the Falcon Meadows neighborhood, but the suspect was gone. Deputies soon found him near Woodmen and Golden Sage but called off pursuit because it was deemed too dangerous. Minutes later the suspect crashed near Lambert road and Gates drive. Buck tried to drive through a field and then around a blockade but failed and was arrested. He is also facing charges of criminal mischief, second degree criminal tampering and violation of a restraining order.
