The Colorado Secretary of States office announced Greg Lopez has qualified to run for governor as an unaffiliated candidate. Lopez will be on the November ballot against republican Victor Marx and democrat Phil Weiser. It’s the 3rd time Lopez has run for governor. He did not get out of the primaries in 2018 and 2022. He announced his candidacy for governor in April of last year, but at that time was running as a republican. Lopez changed his status to unaffiliated this past January.
