The Gazette is reporting a sentencing hearing has been delayed for a former pastor found guilty of sexually assaulting a teenage girl. 46 year old Stephen Hutto is dealing with health issues, and his attorney says doctors want more time to get a clear diagnosis of his condition. A judge agreed with the request. Hutto was a youth pastor at Fountain Independent Baptist Church when the assault occurred 17 or 18 years ago. His next appearance in court will be November 10th.
