Kimberlee Singler, the Colorado Springs woman accused of killing two of her children and injuring a 3rd in December of 2023 is headed to trial. A judge ruled Tuesday there was enough evidence to move forward with the case. Prosecutors say Singler killed her children, then called police claiming someone broke into her home, attacking her and the children. Singler fled to England but was arrested there, and after a long extradition process was finally brought back to the United States. Prosecutors say sleeping medication was found in the systems of the children, matching one of the drugs prescribed to Singler.
