Flags in Colorado will fly at half-staff today by order of Governor Jared Polis to honor Fort Carson soldier Sergeant Devin Seibel. The 26 year old died during training May 31st in Iraq at Erbil Air Base. Seibel was with the air ambulance company, second battalion, 4th combat aviation brigade at the mountain post. He had received numerous honors during his time in the army. The specifics of the training accident in Iraq have not been publicly released.
