Colorado Spring Police working with the El Paso County Sheriff’s office and the drug enforcement agency seized more than 2600 pounds of products containing THC, 7-OH and psilocybin from 5 Speedy’s Smoke Shop stores and 2 Los Compadres Liquor stores. Authorities have been investigating illegal sales of these products to people under the age of 21. The joint investigation began in May of 2025. Police say none of these locations are licensed marijuana dispensaries. Charges are expected to be filed against the owners of these stores.
