Colorado Springs police continue to investigate after a woman was arrested for allegedly dragging someone behind a truck. They checked reports of a man screaming for help in the 2500 block of Main Street near Van Buren but did not find anything. Further investigation led to the discovery of a truck near north Tejon and Tyler Street with what police said was evidence of a possible incident. Then officers learned a man walked into a hospital with injuries consistent with being dragged. Police interviewed the victim who said he was dragged about a half a mile. He was trapped by a cable that had been padlocked. They arrested the driver of the truck, identified as 41 year old Amanda Vigil.
