Colorado Springs City Council has approved rezoning changes for Banning Lewis ranch village, where developers hope to build some 5 thousand new homes on 2 new parcels. Those parcels will be on the north and south sides of Dublin boulevard. City council approved the zoning changes after developers re-worked the plans from the original Banning Lewis ranch master. There will be fewer homes built and more greenspace in the neighborhoods in the new plans.
