Megan Thee Stallion is getting into the Halloween spirit with a new horror-inspired trailer promoting her annual Hottieween celebration.
Released October 28, the black-and-white video features the rapper as a giant woman in a creepy circus setting, combining unsettling imagery with a theatrical Halloween atmosphere.
This year’s trailer also includes creative input from Megan’s fans, known as the Hotties. The rapper previously invited followers on Facebook to contribute ideas, giving her audience a role in shaping the spooky visuals.
Hottieween 2026 is scheduled for October 30 at Zouk Nightclub in Las Vegas. The circus-themed event will feature involvement from Cirque du Soleil, adding another theatrical element to the celebration.
The Halloween festivities arrive during an active period for Megan’s music career. On October 24, three Tina Tuesday Freestyles, including “Thin Ice,” became available on streaming platforms.
Fans are also awaiting updates on her next studio album, Act: III, which will continue the musical series established by her previous releases.
The latest Hottieween celebration brings together Megan’s interest in horror, elaborate costumes, and fan participation.
