The Pueblo County Coroner has identified the body of a man pulled from Lake Pueblo early Monday morning as Corporal Stephen Biggs with the Pueblo Police Department. Biggs was on the lake wakeboarding Sunday afternoon when something happened and he went into the water. Rescue crews worked throughout the night before finding his body just around 2 Monday morning. Biggs had been with the Pueblo Police Department for 16 years and was a decorated veteran with numerous honors and awards. The coroner has not released an official cause of death.
