The latest now on the cleanup from flooding in southwestern Colorado. Heavy storms moved through the area Friday and Saturday resulting in rivers and streams overrunning their banks. People were evacuated, roads were closed and some residents had to be rescued. Some evacuation orders have been lifted in parts of Pagosa Springs. Highway 160 is now back open, though in some places limited to one way traffic as cleanup crews continued their efforts. Highway 151 was washed out in several areas and C-DOT says they are working on plans to fix it as fast as they can. Colorado Governor Jared Polis issued a disaster declaration for a dozen counties, freeing up state resources including some 100 national guard troops, to help those in need.
