An Ombudsman has filed a lawsuit against 2 members of Colorado Springs School District 11, alleging physical and emotional anguish after one of them Brandan Comfort, the Deputy Superintendent allegedly took confidential files from her office on orders from the Superintendent Michael Gall. Those files reportedly contained confidential complaints from district personnel about Gall. The suit was filed more than a week ago and dates back to earlier this year when the reported theft occurred from Natasha Kaonohi office. The D-11 School Board opened an investigation by a 3rd party which led the board to say in a statement they found no wrongdoing by either Gall or Comfort
