CU-Boulder will have on-campus instruction this Fall

  CU-Boulder officials said Monday they will welcome back students on campus August 24th.   Colorado Governor Jared Polis announced Monday restaurants around the state can re-open Wednesday for in-person dining. 1 person dead in Security fire

    A house fire in Security Monday morning killed 1 person. Firefighters fought the blaze at a home on Watson Boulevard just after 2am. That’s close to Venetucci Elementary. After the flames were extinguished they discovered a body. They’re still investigating how the blaze began and trying to identify the victim.MORE

  The search for missing Chafee County woman Suzanne Morphew continues. The Colorado Bureau of Investigation was focusing their search Friday on an area east of Salida off Highway 50. Suspicious Fire

    A Friday morning fire is under investigation at a home on Bunk House drive off North Carefree Circle and Oro Blanco in the Springs. When firefighters arrived at they found the house fully engulfed in flames. Two people originally found the fire in the garage, one had to be treated for smoke inhalation.…MORE

Fremont County receives variance approval

  A variance to open certain businesses submitted by Fremont County has been approved by state officials. Guidelines for Colorado restaurant re-openings released

Springs church to re-open Sunday

  A Colorado Springs Church will re-open Sunday and invite parishioners to worship. The “Road at Chapel Hills” will welcome up to 250 worshippers.
