Arrests were made Monday morning of protesters outside the confirmation hearings of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. A second accuser, Deborah Ramirez, has come forward along with Christine Blasey Ford to accuse Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct in the 1980s.
