Jury Selection Begins in Patrick Frazee Case

Jury selection is taking place this week in the Patrick Frazee trial. Frazee is charged with first degree murder in the November 2018 death of Kelsey Berreth.  Fourth Judicial District prosecutors believe he murdered Berreth and then burned her remains which have never been found. Fire Burns 5 Acres Near Marksheffel

A grass fire burned five acres in El Paso County Monday night.  The Colorado Springs and Falcon Fire Departments responded to the blaze east of Marksheffel and south of Woodmen roads.  The fire was quickly brought under control and no structures were threatened. The cause is unknown.MORE
