DENVER, CO – Jury selection began Tuesday for a former reality TV star in suburban Denver.
53 year-old Richard Wyatt, former star of the discovery channel show “American Guns”, is accused of failing to report $1.1 million dollars in income to the IRS, conspiracy, and dealing firearms without a license.
He has pleaded not guilty. ATF agents seized 583 guns and ammunition from his “Gunsmoke” store in Wheatridge in 2015.
