Three Colorado Springs police officers have been cleared of any wrongdoing in a deadly shooting in February

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Three Colorado Springs police officers have been cleared of any wrongdoing in a deadly shooting in February.

The district attorney’s office says authorities were justified in shooting 39 year old Misael Cano.

He was wanted for attempted murder, and sped away from officers, crashed, broke into a home, stole a minivan, and eventually shot at police.

They returned fire, striking Cano several times.
