COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Two men, who took part in the rape of a 13 year old girl in Colorado Springs in 2016, will not serve any jail time.
Instead, 20 year old Tommy Williams, and his 19 year old brother Clarence will serve 10 years to life on sex offender probation.
Four other defendants have also received probation.
Two more are awaiting trial.
The girl, a runaway at the time, has been placed in protective custody.
