COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – The man found shot to death last week has been identified.
The El Paso County Coroner’s Office says 39 year old Earnest Ramsey the second was killed at the Pine Creek Apartments on Chapman Drive in southeast Colorado Springs.
Police say there is no threat to the public.
So far no arrests have been made.
This is the seventh homicide in Colorado Springs this year.
