Prosecutors say officers were justified in using deadly force in a shooting that claimed the life of a Douglas County Deputy. 

Zach Parrish was killed when Matthew Reihl ambushed officers on December 31st at an apartment in Highlands Ranch. 

4 other officers were wounded, as were 2 neighbors.  Reihl was killed.  He was determined to have been having mental health issues.
