Anna Brimm, the woman accused of running a fake daycare to hide a drug operation, failed to appear in court on Thursday.
A new warrant was issued and she was arrested later in the day.
Brimm is facing a number of charges connected to the unlicensed daycare called Tiny Toes.
The day care was busted after parents couldn’t get in touch with anyone to pick-up their toddler.
Thousands of dollars of narcotics, weapons and cash were discovered in the home. Dirk Kilgore is also facing charges.
