Two state psychologists say that Malik Murphy is competent to stand trial for the killing of his two siblings in October of 2017.
Murphy pleaded not guilty on Monday citing insanity according to The Gazette.
The Murphy family has been vocal and forthcoming about the crime and mental illness in the wake of the murders.
Malik Murphy is due back in court on November 5th.
