Daniel Nail is accused of defrauding residents in a Monument mobile home park.
Nail was reported missing by his wife on December 8th.
Monument police impounded his car the same day.
He has failed to appear in court for drug possession and assault charges, and Monument police are looking for him.
Do not approach him, he is considered armed and dangerous.
