A Springs man is jailed after allegedly driving drunk and crashing his car into a restaurant.
Police say Joshua Roybal was under the influence last night when he lost control of his vehicle and plowed into the “On the Boulevard” restaurant at Murray and South Carefree. He also struck two pedestrians, one of which was treated for a non-life threatening injury. There was also some damage to the business.
Roybal was booked for DUI and vehicular assault.
