COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – A Colorado Springs woman is under arrest for biting off a chunk of a man’s ear.
It happened Tuesday night near South Nevada and Motor Way.
Police say 39-year-old Jade Gurley was chasing a male with a knife. Officers saw her trying to stab the victim. She’d already bitten off a quarter-sized piece of his ear. It could not be re-attached, but the victim is expected to recover.
Gurley was arrested without incident and is facing assault and other charges.
She’s due in court Thursday.
