COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – He sexually assaulted a 9 year old girl and also has priors for assault, theft, drug possession, and indecent exposure. Now 58-year-old Lee Filipiak is out on parole and living in Colorado Springs.
He’s classified as a sexually violent predator, due to the nature of his crimes.
His wrap sheet dates back at least 40 years and spans at least four states. In 1975, he was convicted of resisting arrest. In 1990, for exposing himself and for sexually assaulting a young girl in Fremont County in 2000.
He’s now living at the Capri Motel on East Platte. Filipiak is white, 5’ 10”, 175 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
